South Africa’s Home of Parliament in flames in Cape City, smoke seen for miles

An enormous blaze ripped via South Africa’s Home of Parliament in Cape City on Sunday, sending plumes of smoke into the air that had been seen from miles away.

Cape City Fireplace and Rescue confirmed to Cape Town Etc. that the fireplace was on the parliament constructing and that firefighters had been responding to the scene.
